Or you could interview yourself for our new series 'Artist interviews self.'

Please email any articles to editor@flaneur.me.uk
We don't get paid, this is a labour of love. we'll send you a zine though. If you want to submit work to flaneur please email me!

Contemporary Art Gallery available on your Android phone

Sat Sep 01, 2012 11:30 - Sun Sep 30, 2012

A new exhibition space for contemporary art on Android phones and tablets has been launched by The Flaneur. The gallery can be accessed on Android devices around the world.

The new space has been launched with a group show. Downloading the gallery is completely free and it can be found by searching the Google Play store for 'Flaneur' or visiting http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.flaneur.android.slideshow This app takes art into places such as underground stations, parks and trains - places where it has not previously been possible to view art and lets artists without local galleries show their work to connoisseurs worldwide.
The gallery will be updated regularly with new contemporary art shows. Submissions to the gallery are curated but completely free. Artists who wish to submit work for the next group show can do so easily by visiting The Flaneur and follow the links on the right of the home page.

Online art reporters and digital reviewers

Fri Apr 13, 2012 22:45

The Flaneur is looking for volunteers to write short articles about interesting art websites, projects and digital happenings. These can range from cutting edge digital to more traditional. If you have digital art taking place near you, or you are a digital creator then it would be great to get reports of that as well.

Please submit a sample of your writing and a note about the sort of articles you would like to write to writers@flaneur.me.uk We do not have an x articles a month requirement, you can just write when you are inspired.

Please enter by looking at the painting and leaving your description in the comments.
