Robert Watson is a new media artist, designer, and developer. He works primarily with interactive technology and performance. Since receiving first prize at his graduating show at the University of Ottawa in 2005, he has done performances at The National Gallery of Canada and various events, and his work has been added to's ArtBase, shown in public performances, Artengine exhibitions, Ottawa University events, SAW Gallery, as well as featured in publications including Locus Suspectus Magazine and The Ottawa Citizen. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Ottawa and has studied Fine Art at the University of Windsor, and Computer Engineering at St. Lawrence College, Kingston. In 2005, he was Artist in Residence at Artengine Labs, Ottawa.

Robert has volunteered in various ways, on and off the Internet, to help promote visual arts and music in Ottawa, Montreal, Kingston, Nationally, and Internationally. He is on the Board of Directors for Artengine and Locus Suspectus Magazine.
