Shiori Saito is an artist and researcher, whose multi-disciplinary researches and practices aim to reimagine new relationships between body and space in socioculturally integrated context.

Through interactive art projects generated by bio-feedback (Heartbeat, Galvanic Skin Response..etc..) as a meaningful input and researches of the relationship between sensation, perception, cognition, and contemporary notions of mind and body, her research and practice focuse on exploring implications of digital, mobile and ubiquitous technologies and their intersection with our body and the way we form culture.

She is currently working as an assistant researcher for CIRO project at the CE3C (Creative Environment for Emerging Electronic Culture), a research and cultural production incubator housed in the Media Arts +Digital Technologies department at the Alberta College of Art + Design.
