The Harries Digital Art Prize: Is a national digital art prize organised by the Skills Development Centre - Queensland Health and supported by the International Digital Art Awards (IDAA), Arts Queensland, Griffith University, QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI). It will tour nationally with the IDAA at selected venues as well as mirroring an online web presentation.

Victorian College Of The Arts (VCA) takes great pleasure in inviting you to the opening of the 2004 International Digital Art Awards (IDAA) to be be opened by Stephen Jones. Stephen is a pivotal figure in the international electronic arts scene.

120 prints and new media works from leading international artists will be on show.

Also to feature during the opening will be a LIVE WEB VIDEO INTERVIEW between Steve Danzig IDAA Director (Australia) and Associate Professor John Antoine Labadie (USA).

Next IDAA exhibition opens VCA Gallery VCA Melbourne University Australia - Wednesday 25 August 6pm to 8pm.

We are pleased to announced that Stephen Jones will open the VCA IDAA exhibition and present the key note speech.

Other speakers will include Su Baker Head, School of Art VCA and Steve Danzig IDAA Director.
